There's nothing small about your small business
UPS needed to let small business owners across Europe that they understood them and that their businesses weren't too small to use a shipping company like UPS. We filmed short documentaries in 4 countries and created a library with tons of images and headlines which allowed us to build programatic banner ads as needed per region.

We needed to let the world know that UPS was fast, reliable and the most trusted shipping company in the world. 
Dale Jarrett races the truck....
For years, Dale told the NASCAR world he wouldn't race the truck. Then one day, and tons of commercials later, he decided it was time. Of course that met we had to get his truck race-ready.
Allllright, the Whiteboard Days....
A lot has been written, parodied and spoofed around this work. UPS is a company filled with tons of amazing and talented engineers and using the whiteboard as a way to communicate complex ideas was right up their alley. Using the simple device of a white canvas, we could create TV spots (just over 50), OOH, online banners, a website, TV bumpers and show intros and even a subway takeover. I wasn't supposed to be in the work. You can blame focus groups for that. Despite lots of casting, they kept coming back to "the guy with bad hair who can't act."
